The Good, Better and Best from our Young Mathematicians’ Award Regional Competition!

This week, teams from schools all over the DFW Metroplex competed in the Explore Horizons Young Mathematicians’ Award regional competition, and what a week it has been! We were thrilled to see the excitement each team had when tackling difficult math problems and the teamwork displayed was truly inspiring! Thank you to each team, teacher and school who participated in our regional competition. Who knew math could be this much fun! Check out some pictures of our winning teams below:

The bright math students of Lakeview Elementary, our Alliance Town Center location regional champs! Great job, Avi, Kellen, Steven, and Madison.

Our winners from the Colleyville regional competition, Kylee, Brynn, Jorden, and Cody of North Ridge Elementary of Birdville ISD. Great job, ladies and gent, see you at the finals!

Help us in congratulating Talan, Derrick, Camila, and Murtaza of Harmony Science Academy – young mathematicians in the making and our Garland center’s regional champs!

And a round of applause for David, Diego, Jackson, and Eduardo of Academy at CF Thomas Elementary for winning our second night of Colleyville regionals!

And last but certainly not least our Plano center regional champs, the young math geniuses of Oak Crest Private School. See you at the finals, Lily, Adittya, Ella, and Arabella!

The Young Mathematicians’ Award Finals will be on December 6 at the Microsoft Store at NorthPark mall. See you there!
